TUCSON, Ariz. -- The Air National Guard Air Force Reserve Command Test Center (AATC) hosted the annual Air Reserve Component (ARC) Weapons and Tactics Conference (WEPTAC) here at the Morris Air National Guard Base Oct. 24 through Oct. 28. The event is hosted each October in Tucson, Ariz., and is an
