HARTFORD, CT -- The 103rd Medical Group, Connecticut Air National Guard has partnered with Hartford Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut for annual medical training.Air National Guard medics and nurses are required to receive at least 40 hours of training a year at a level I or II trauma center.
