Massachusetts National Guardsman becomes first Enlisted Intelligence Weapons Officer to graduate Intelligence Weapons Instructor Course

OTIS AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Mass. - Tech. Sgt. Jacob “Stout” Hatcher, an enlisted weapons officer with the 102nd Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group Weapons and Tactics Flight, 102nd Intelligence Wing, Massachusetts National Guard, was one of the only noncommissioned officers
