CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Airmen assigned to the 145th Airlift Wing completed a Cargo Deployment Function exercise at the North Carolina Air National Guard Base located at the Charlotte-Douglas International Airport, Feb. 7, 2021.The purpose of a Cargo Deployment Function exercise is similar to a Personnel
