Kansas Air National Guard Marks Major Milestone in Countering UAS Threats
Personnel assigned to the 184th Wing's Point Defense Battle Lab (PDBL) fly small unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS) to replicate realistic adversary tactics during a Point Defense Assessment at the 190th Air Refueling Wing, Topeka, Kansas, July 13-16, 2026. The PDBL serves as Air Combat Command’s designated "aggress and assess" organization, helping installations evaluate and refine their defensive tactics, techniques, and procedures under realistic conditions.
