A member of the North Macedonia army instructs new explosive ordnance disposal students on demolition techniques in North Macedonia. This training is part of a continued partnership between the Vermont Air National Guard and North Macedonia. The training is part of a humanitarian mine action initiative through the State Partnership Program, designed to help North Macedonia develop its own self-sustaining EOD capability.
