U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Jacob “Stout” Hatcher, an enlisted weapons officer with the 102nd Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group Weapons and Tactics Flight, presents the Col. Laura “Hands” Berry Mission Award, on Otis Air National Guard Base, Massachusetts, Feb. 20, 2026.
