Key Field Airmen Receive Airfield Operations Awards

Senior Master Sgt. Richard Cavenaugh and Master Sgt. Ronnie Allen of the 186th Air Refueling Wing (ARW) have been honored with national-level awards in their respective career fields. Cavenaugh is the 2025 Radar, Airfield, and Weather Systems (RAWS) Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO) of the Year, and Allen is the 2025 Air Traffic Control (ATC) SNCO of the Year. Both men serve in the 186th ARW’s 248th Combat Airfield Operations Squadron and were selected as award winners by the National Guard Bureau over nominees from 10 other Air National Guard units across the country.
