Staff Sgt. Pavel Chumak, 104th Maintenance Group aircraft eletrical and environmental technician, inspects an oil sight guage April 23rd, 2024, at Barnes Air National Guard Base, Massachusetts. Chumak recently received the inspector general coin during the Wing's Capstone inspection after detecting hazardous materials in an oil cart used to service airplanes.
