Sgt. 1st Class Keith Page, a production controller with Alpha Company, 1-169th Aviation Regiment, leads a discussion with seven military guests from El Salvador Black Hawk hoist operation and rescue techniques at the Army Aviation Support Facility on July 11 in Concord. They were also joined three visitors from Cabo Verde, pursuant to a Department of Defense program that links state National Guards and foreign countries to facilitate military, government and civilian exchanges.
