ANG-led SNCO Enhancement Course held at 459th ARW

The Air National Guard’s Senior Noncommissioned Officer Enhancement Course was held at the 459th ARW. The course provides an opportunity for senior NCOs to better understand their roles and responsibilities as current and future leaders regarding ANG matters and Total Force associated issues and concerns. This is the first time Reservists attended the course.
