A Texas Air National Guard C-130J Super Hercules from the 181st Airlift Squadron, has pallets loaded by forklift for initial shuttles from St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands to Puerto Rico, in support of a Contingency Response Exercise Feb. 23, 2023. During the exercise, multi-capable Airmen from the Puerto Rico Air National Guard’s 156th Contingency Response Flight (CRF) and the 136th CRF demonstrated their ability to perform a variety of tasks by participating in simulated combat scenarios, showing their proficiency in both offensive and defensive combat tactics and operations.
