A New York Army National Guard CH-47F Chinook helicopter takes off from the Frederick Douglas Greater Rochester International Airport Sept. 28, 2022, heading for Jacksonville, Florida, to support the Florida National Guard response to Hurricane Ian. Two aircraft and 11 Soldiers were deployed for the mission at the direction of Gov. Kathy Hochul.
