After removing on of the large wheels 185th Air Refueling Wing vehicle mechanic Technical Sgt. Crisanto Vargas is able to work on the bottom side of a huge Detroit Diesel engine on a 1996 Teledyne P23 “Crash Truck” in Sioux City, Iowa on June 8, 2022.
