U.S. Army Officer Candidate School cadets Julia Yang and Helder Banegas, with the New Jersey Army National Guard, participate in combined leadership and hilltop tactics familiarization at the Bunavi Individual Training Center, April 6, 2022, in Vlorë, Albania. New Jersey Army National Guard soldiers selected to Officer Candidate School, along with their leadership cadre, traveled to Albania to participate with Albanian Armed Forces OCS cadets, strengthening the 20 year New Jersey–Albania Partnership, which is one of 22 European partnerships that make up the U.S. European Command State Partnership Program and one of 65 worldwide partnerships that make up the National Guard State Partnership Program.
