ACE Security Forces

U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Sean Riggs, weapons technician, 140th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, is a multi-capable Airman as he assists security forces members in establishing a perimeter around the aircraft after landing in a C-130 Hercules aircraft during an Agile Combat Employment exercise, Buckley AFB, Colo., July 28, 2020. This ACE wartime scenario is designed to train maintenance, fuels and security forces personnel to deploy with equipment to a simulated remote airstrip in order to rearm F-16 Fighting Falcon aircraft, and then quickly depart. The ACE exercise aims to increase the operational wartime readiness in order to create a more flexible and adaptable air force while increasing lethality in combat.
