Simulated patient

Capt. Loreen Goodwin, 36th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron flight nurse, wraps a bandage around Staff Sgt. Calin Caracol, 36th AES medical technician, who was a simulated patient during a three-day training event, July 20-22, 2020 at Keesler Air Force Base and the Mississippi Air National Guard's Combat Readiness Training Center in Gulfport, Mississippi. Reserve Citizen Airmen from the 36th AES and Mississippi Air National Guardsmen from the 183rd AES came together for a joint training event between Reservists and Guardsmen to work as one team, while training on patient care and handling during a simulated air evacuation of injured service members.
