Maj. Robert Winston of the 224th Air Defense Group threads a needle during sewing "operations" at the Eastern Air Defense Sector in Rome. In need of additional face masks to reinforce social distancing protocols at their secure facility, unit members bought their own cloth and made masks. The 224th ADG provides the forces for the Eastern Air Defense Sector, which is responsible for the air defense of the eastern U.S.
