Taylor Ashmore,155th ARW mission pilot, debrief a grounds service technician assigned to Pardubice Air Base, Czech Republic, after a refueling flight during a joint training exercise in the Pardubice Region. This year the State of Nebraska, and the State of Texas, are celebrating the 25th year of their partnership with the Czech Republic through the State Partnership Program (SPP).The SPP has been building relationships for over 20 years and includes 73 unique security partnerships involving 79 nations around the globe.
