Michigan Avenue dedicated in Latvia for SPP

Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder, U.S. Ambassador to Latvia, Nancy Pettit, Adjutant General of Michigan, Maj. Gen. Gregory Vadnais, Latvian Armed Forces Commander, Lt. Gen. Leonīds Kalniņs, and Latvian Infantry Brigade commander, Col. Ilmārs Lejiņš, unveil “Michigan Avenue” at Ādaži Military Base, Latvia, June 12, 2018, to commemorate the 25-year relationship between Latvia and Michigan under the U.S. National Guard Bureau's State Partnership Program (SPP).
