Air National Guard delivers mail to Puerto Rico
Aerial Port Airmen from Alaska's Air National Guard's 176th Wing, Connecticut ANG's 103rd Airlift Wing and the Puerto Rico ANG's 156th Airlift Wing work together to load 18 pallets of U.S. mail on trucks for the United States Postal Service at Muñiz Air National Guard Base, Puerto Rico, Oct. 20. Power outages and a large influx of care packages and relief items from around the world, have quadrupled the average volume of mail destined to the Caribbean island still in recovery from Hurricane Maria.
