Cal Guard Airmen provide critical communication support to wildfire evacuees
California Air National Guard Tech. Sgt. Javier Montoya sets up a flyaway kit Oct. 11, 2017, to provide satellite internet service inside a Mobile Emergency Operations Center (MEOC) from the 163d Attack Wing at March Air Reserve Base, to evacuees at Napa Valley College in Napa, California. The MEOC provided wireless internet access and a cell phone network for victims of the Northern California fires who took up shelter in the college gymnasium.
