ANG Airmen begin enlisted coin tradition

SrA Zachary Thompson, 113th Logistics Readiness Squadron, DC Air National Guard, and Master Sgt. Robert Thorpe, ANG Manpower, Personnel and Services Directorate, present Airman to Airman Coin #12 to the Command Chief Master Sergeant of the ANG, Ronald C. Anderson, October 14, 2016. Thompson and Thorpe created the coin project as a way for enlisted Airmen to recognize each other for their efforts in the moment, and to spur a culture change to focus on positive actions rather than negative ones.
