ANG air advisors building Afghanistan Air Force one flyer at a time

Lt. Col. Phil Townsend C-130H Hercules evaluator pilot and TAAC-Air standardization and evaluation chief, conducts annual Instrument Refresher Training for Afghanistan Air Force C-130H and Cessna 208 aircraft pilots.
