Bulgarian EPME graduate

MCGHEE TYSON AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Tenn. - Corporal Stoyko V. Stoykov with the Bulgarian air force salutes with U.S. Air Force members and classmates here August 15, 2013, during a reveille ceremony at the I.G. Brown Training and Education Center. Stoykov graduated from the U.S. Air Force Airman Leadership School, instructed by the Paul H. Lankford Enlisted PME Center, along with Bulgarian Sergeant Yordanka S. Petrova-Angelova, who graduated from the Noncommissioned Officer Academy, as a result of international relations built through the Tennessee National Guard State Partnership Program.
