Maj. Mark Jeffries, Mission Systems Officer in the 130th Airlift Wing out of Clarksburg, W. Va., packs up after a flood damage assessment in Indiana June 11. Jeffries was one of several pilots to fly over Indiana in the Reconnaissance Cargo - 26B (RC-26B), providing live footage of the area to the Indiana National Guard.
