Syracuse ANG doesn't fear the Reaper

JOINT BASE BALAD, Iraq -- Airmen assigned to the 332nd Expeditionary Fighter Squadron here disconnect an F-16 Fighting Falcon from a tow truck in preparation for a combat mission over Iraq July 8. The Airmen are deployed from the 174th Fighter Wing at Hancock Field Air National Guard Base, Syracuse, N.Y. The 174th FW will become the first Air National Guard unit to adopt an MQ-9 Reaper unmanned aerial system mission when it returns from its deployment to Iraq.
