Tech Sgt. Jason Hutchison, right, gets coined by Lt. Gen. Gary North, Air Force Central Command commanding general, at Joint Base Balad late December. Sergeant Hutchison is currently deployed from Keesler Air Force Base’s 81st Comptroller Squadron in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
