ALI BASE, Iraq -- Staff Sgt. Jason Whalen and Senior Airman John Foxx, 407th Expeditionary Civil Engineering Squadron firefighters, rescue Specialist Kaylob Leathers, member of the HHC 1-82nd Airborne Brigade, from a vehicle involved in a simulated chemical spill during an exercise here May 13.
