HUMVEE Brings Soldiers Through the Record Flooding

In the early morning light on the 28th of March 2009 a HUMVEE drives through the steaming floodwaters towards the Moorhead, Minnesota Armory. Over 500 members of the Minnesota Army National Guard have been called to assist in the flood fight of 2009. The Red River has crested at just over 40.8 feet, the highest level in recorded history.
