Meritorious Unit Award - 332nd AEW
BALAD AIR BASE, Iraq - The men and women of the 332nd Expeditionary Air Wing gathered for a wing photo March 17, 2007. The Meritorious Unit Award is presented to U.S. Air Force active duty, Reserve, and Air National Guard units for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding achievement or service in direct support of combat operations for at least 90 continuous days during the period of military operations against an armed enemy of the United States on or after Sept. 11, 2001. The 332nd Air Expeditionary Wing and all its subordinate units were awarded a third MUA for combat operations in Operation Iraqi Freedom for the period of May 1, 2005 through Jan. 31, 2007.
