Road to progress
SATHER AIR BASE, Iraq -- Tech. Sgt. Robert Tuck ensures traffic moves safely and smoothly as one of the main roads here is paved here Oct. 26. The 447th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron construction manager works to ensure the timely progress of the $300,000 project that started Tuesday and is nearly completed.
