Guard civil support team shows off for Homeland Security secretary

Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano and other Department of Homeland Security officials speak with Soldiers and Airmen from the District of Columbia National Guard's 33rd Weapons of Mass Destruction-Civil Support Team Nov. 18, 2009 in Washington. The team showcased their equipment and national response capabilities. Department of Homeland Security officials said they hoped to learn more about the Guard's CST and commented on the "critical role" they play in defending the homeland.
