Air Force Tech. Sgt. James Gainey, a life support equipment specialist with the New Hampshire Air National Guard's 157th Air Refueling Wing, talks with visitors to the Ilopongo Air Show in Ilopongo, El Salvador, on Jan. 28, 2012. Members of the 157th ARW took part in the air show as part of the State Partnership Program, which pairs up the National Guard in the states and territories with foreign nations as a way to build relationships and fosters greater mutual cooperation.
