Lt. Gen. Harry Wyatt, III, director Air National Guard, presented the 148th Fighter Wing, Minnesota Air National Guard received the Outstanding Air National Guard Flying Unit award. The 148th FW Bulldogs safely converted from the block 25 F-16 M to the Block 50 F-16 CM aircraft. At the same time, they continued to support 100% of NORAD Aerospace Control Alert requirements, higher headquarter’s inspections and expeditionary combat support deployment taskings. The wing is the first AF, Guard or Reserve unit to receive the star rating recertification for OSHAs voluntary protection program. (U.S. Air Force photo/Michael J. Pausic)
