Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Mark A. Welsh (center left), poses for a group photo with the Air National Guard Total Force BRAC Radar Relocation Team in the Hall of Heroes at the Pentagon, Arlington, Va., Tuesday, 27 Nov., 2012. The team was honored for their work in executing a BRAC requirement to consolidate the Air Force Research Labs, based in Rome, N.Y. with the AFRL Laboratory based at Wright-Patterson AFB, Oh.
