The Air National Guard's Enlisted Field Advisory Council is in the spotlight for the third day of Focus on the Force Week at the Air National Guard Readiness Center here Aug. 1-5.

Focus on the Force Week is a schedule of events highlighting Air National Guard enlisted force growth and development through collaboration of leadership and subject matter experts including the ANG's four Outstanding Airmen of the Year.

The EFAC invited the Outstanding Airmen of the Year to a panel discussion of the challenges faced by Guard units, and concerns they are looking to leadership to address. The Airmen also toured the monuments on the national mall in Washington, D.C.

Hosted by the office of the Air National Guard's Command Chief Master Sergeant, Ronald C. Anderson, the week's events also include the Chief's Executive Course, a gathering of former ANG command chief master sergeants and senior enlisted leaders, and an all call at which Director, Air National Guard Lt. Gen. L. Scott Rice and Anderson will present the 2016 Outstanding Airmen of the Year awards to the top four members of the ANG.
