Preston Air National Guard Readiness Center JOINT BASE ANDREWS, Md. -- The Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force, James A. Cody addressed a class of recently promoted Chief Master Sergeants during the Chief's Executive Course held at the Air National Guard Readiness Center here March 31. Cody took time to have an open dialogue with the course attendees on all issues regarding the welfare, readiness, morale, and proper utilization and progress of the enlisted force. This provided an open forum for the recently promoted Chief Master Sergeants to ask questions and have an open discussion. The purpose of the CEC, which is a week-long course, is to provide new Chief Master Sergeants with a broad view of operations at a strategic level.
