MAXWELL AIR FORCE BASE, Al -- Lt. Gen. Joseph L. Lengyel, Vice Chief of the National Guard Bureau, was a reviewing official for the very first combined Basic Officer Training and Academy of Military Science graduation ceremonies and a guest speaker at the Air National Guard's Academy of Military Science's Dining Out at Maxwell Air Force Base, Ala, on October 9 and 10, 2014.
