Troops return from Operations Odyssey Dawn and Unified Protector

Li is a part of the combined U.S. Air Force 116th and 461st ACW and U.S. Army 138th Military Intelligence Company, flying the E-8 Joint STARS aircraft, which deployed more than 300 members on short notice in March to support Operations Odyssey Dawn and Unified Protector off the coast of Libya.
