Meghan Skrepenski Virginia Air National Guard Public Affairs MARTIN, Tenn. -- Medical specialists from the 192nd Fighter Wing deployed recently to Martin, Tennessee as part of a 150 member readiness training program team that provides free medical care to all civilians in that area. The team includes Air National Guard, Navy Reserve, active duty Army and Navy personnel from across the United States. Some of the afforded services include complete physical exams, mental exams, dental and eye exams. The training program is scheduled to last two weeks.
