Position Description (Duty Description)
-As a AHTLA, CHCS, HAIMS SME the incumbent will develop a standard training curriculum to suit the ANG specific electronic health care record (EHR) needs, for approximately 900 full time and 3100 part time ANG members.
-Communicate with ANG, AFRC, AFMOA, AD MTF's, all USAF MAJCOMS, DHHQ, and HAF regarding the training and roll out of the AHLTA, CHCS, and HAIMs systems, to support the entire ANG Medical Service.
-Develop standardized training modules for AHLTA
-Develop standardized training modules for CHCS
-Develop standardized training modules for HAIMS
-Develop standardized roll out process for AHLTA, CHCS, HAIMS
-Develops a training schedule for AHLTA, CHCS, HAIMS for full time users
-Develops a training schedule for AHLTA, CHCS, HAIMS for traditional staff users
-Develop and manage a schedule for the roll out of the ANG EHR.
-Coordinate between GMUs and trainers; time/date/locations of EHR training
-Manage weekly reports of the ANG STR's
-Travel to GMUs to assess that training is performed at ANG standards
Additional duties required as per SGA.
**Required, in-depth knowledge of AHLTA, CHCS, HAIMS, AFI 41-210, Service Treatment Record (STR) management, vP-cGR, the AFMOA Single Point of Entry (SPOE) Central Cell process, as well as the Microsoft suite of operations. Good communication skills both written and verbal.

Physical Fitness Assessment: Current Physical Fitness Test (all pages) within past 12 months. Must be valid for up to 90 days from date of application submittal.
AF Form 422 - Notice of AF Members Qualification Status: With NO restrictions and validated within the last 60 days from the date your application is received. Form must indicate member does not have a deployment restriction (Code 31) or is undergoing an MEB (Code 37). "Working copy" will NOT be accepted. Upon final selection, you may need to provide an updated AF422 within 60 days prior to the tour start date.

Officers: Last 3 OPRs (no EPR for enlisted) IAW MPFM 07-45 dated 11 Jul 07, para 17b "OPRs on AFRC and ANG Officers are due to the CSS no later than 30 days after close-out and to HQ ARPC no later than 60 days after close-out."
