Position Description (Duty Description) Serve as a Senior Cyberspace Operations Planner within the NG-J36 Cyberspace Operations Division of the National Guard Bureau (NGB) Domestic Operations and Force Development Directorate (NG J3/7). Position is focused on policy and strategic planning matters involving cyberspace operations issues internal to the NGB or external with mission partners; with particular focus on the Homeland Defense/Defense Support of Civil Authorities (Title 10) and Civil Support (Title 32) mission space. Coordinates and integrates cyberspace activities in support of all NGB mission areas to enable Chief, National Guard Bureau (CNGB) to achieve end states supporting national, military, and State requirements. Prepares policy recommendations, conducts strategic reviews, evaluates congressional legislation, assists in cyber force development, and analyzes documents related to cyber matters in support of NGB J3/7 responsibilities. Develops, maintains, and monitors compliance with key strategic planning documents and appropriate authorities in support of cyberspace operations within the NGB J3/7. Incumbent will support the Division Chief with administrative and logistical tasks as needed. Individual must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information clearance. Temporary Duty (TDY) travel may be required 10% of the time. Position is within the National Guard Bureau (NGB) Domestic Operations and Force Development Directorate (NGB J3/7), Arlington, VA. Staff experience at NAF or higher level is desirable. Operations center experience and cyberspace weapons school are highly desirable. Significant operational experience in full spectrum cyberspace operations will bring credibility with ARNG and ANG staff counterparts to this position. Incumbent should bring a broad operational background and strong networking and liaison skills.

Form must indicate member does not have a deployment restriction (Code 31) or is undergoing an MEB (Code 37). Working copy will not be accepted. Upon final selection, you may need to provide an updated AF422.

PCARS RIP: Point Credit Accounting and Reporting Systems From vMPF or MilPDS
