Position Description (Duty Description) Serve as the CRE Medical Logisticians for all 27 HRF/CERFP medical elements. These individuals will have overall responsibility for providing technical guidance on all medical logistics issues as it relates to the CRE mission. Incumbent must work jointly with the Joint Surgeon General, Air National Guard Readiness Center and HRF/CERFP staffs in developing methods and techniques to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of supported programs.  Coordination responsibilities include assisting in the management of all medical operations functions to include supply chain management, logistical acquisitions, SME support to the field logistics activities, and load planning.  Assists the Regional Medical Readiness/Logistics NCOIC coordinate logistics support for all deployed subordinate EMEDS-CM/CERFP medical units and temporarily assigned medical units during regional medical response operations and/or exercises. Translates leadership directives into specific tasks and responsibilities. Assists leadership in making informed decisions during planning and execution of medical operations. Perform functions designed to analyze and independently resolve difficult issues and problems pertaining to maintenance and warehouse operations. As the Medical Logistician assigned to CoMSUPCEN, they will coordinate the supply chain management objectives and plans for the CRE Medical Logistics Sections as well as develop, review and/or recommend new or revised local directives, policies, and instructions related to medical logistics. The incumbents exercise management decisions in maintaining medical assets and assemblages in a perpetual readiness state.  The candidates may coordinate medical resupply for all 27 HRF/CERFP medical elements.  Individuals will adhere to standardized medical logistics practices as outlined in AFI 41-209 and all applicable NGB/JSG and NGB/SGSL instructions.  prepare/update logistics policies, as well as a variety of special and recurring reports, both oral and written, for presentation to the J-4/JSG and is directly reportable to NGB/JSG; assists CoMSUPCEN BMET personnel regarding the acquisition, distribution, and inventory management of testing equipment, medical equipment, spare and replacement parts.

AF Form 422 -Notice of AF Members Qualification Status: With no restrictions and validated within 60 days prior to tour start date.  Form must indicate member does not have a deployment restriction (Code 31) or is undergoing an MEB (Code 37). Working copy will not be accepted. Upon final selection, you may need to provide an updated AF422.

vMPF RIP: Must  include all pages.  Ensure your Total Active Federal Military Service (TAFMS) is listed on your RIP

PCARS RIP:  Point Credit Accounting and Reporting Systems From vMPF or MilPDS

Sanctuary Waiver:  If TAFMS is 16 years or greater; must submit a Statement of Understanding Waiver of AD Sanctuary.

1095 Day Analysis:  Letter with analysis of how many days performed during the last 1,460 days.
