Position Description (Duty Description) Coordinate and support the Secretary of Defense's Guidance for the Employment of the Force (GEF), CJCS Joint Strategic Capabilities Plan (CJSCP), CCMDs' Theater Security Cooperation Plan (TSC), Service Secretaries' Security Cooperation Plan and the State Department through the Ambassadors' Country Campaign Plan for USNORTHCOM and USSOUTHCOM. Provide subject matter expertise on National Guard capabilities and the resources required to meet TSC objectives. Act as Subject Matter Expert assigned for the region and ensure that actions support the overall TSC goals and objectives. Assist in finding and gaining the resources necessary to accomplish TSC missions. Duties of this position involve strategic planning with the Combatant Commands (CCMDs) and with multiple Foreign Military Forces for defined theater security end states as well as humanitarian assistance and disaster relief preparedness. Issues involved are matters that relate to: national military strategy; strategic planning and contingency planning; DoD National Security Strategy with USAID, Homeland Defense and other departments and agencies of the United States; and combined operations with military forces of allied nations along with State agencies at each partnering State.

AF Form 422 -Notice of AF Members Qualification Status: With no restrictions and validated within 60 days prior to tour start date. Form must indicate member does not have a deployment restriction (Code 31) or is undergoing an MEB (Code 37). Working copy will not be accepted. Upon final selection, you may need to provide an updated AF422.
vMPF RIP: Must include all pages. Ensure your Total Active Federal Military Service (TAFMS) is listed on your RIP
PCARS RIP: Point Credit Accounting and Reporting Systems From vMPF or MilPDS
Sanctuary Waiver: If TAFMS is 16 years or greater; must submit a Statement of Understanding Waiver of AD Sanctuary.
1095 Day Analysis: Letter with analysis of how many days performed during the last 1,460 days.
TAG/Wing (CC) Acknowledgment: Wing and TAG Acknowledgment required
Officers: Last 3 OPRs IAW MPFM 07-45 dated 11 Jul 07, para 17b "OPRs on AFRC and ANG Officers are due to the CSS no later than 30 days after close-out and to HQ ARPC no later than 60 days after close-out."
