Assistant Chief, Human Resources to the Director of Programs and Resources/Comptroller (2-Star SES). Assists in management of overall administrative integration of the office environment in support of the Director; provides oversight and quality control over routine personnel actions; administers executive support activities in the form of unit administrative functions to include correspondence, electronic messages, postal and distribution activities, administrative orders, information security, COMSEC, OPSEC, publications and forms, evaluation reports, records management, disclosure of records, general office and information systems, personnel actions, awards and decorations, equipment, workflow operations and task management, and other business-related matters. Assists with coordination and planning of travel operations to ensure compliance with budgetary regulations and mission-essential requirements. DTS experience desired. Assists in managing/coordinating meetings for the Council of Colonels, General Officer Steering Committee, 3-Star Programmers, Joint Requirements Oversight Council, Functional Capabilities Board, Joint Capabilities Board, as well as Deputy Secretary's Management Action Group (DMAG) with respect to the NGB/DoD corporate and governance processes. Includes scheduling, de-conflicting schedules, planning preparatory and debriefing sessions, coordinating attendees, and ensuring VTC/TC support. Able to resolve management problems, assembles and evaluates facts relating to administrative management, and advises management on ways to improve the manner in which liaison is conducted. Schedules and manages the Director, NG-J8 and Deputy Director, NG-J8 calendars to include: coordination and de-confliction of schedules with respect to the CNGB, VCNGB, fellow SES/GOs, subordinate Divisions, the State Adjutant Generals and senior executive offices at the highest levels of NGB, DoD, OSD CAPE, Army, Air Force and numerous other internal and external agencies.

Form must indicate member does not have a deployment restriction (Code 31) or is undergoing an MEB (Code 37). Working copy will not be accepted. Upon final selection, you may need to provide an updated AF422.
vMPF RIP: Must include all pages. Ensure your Total Active Federal Military Service (TAFMS) is listed on your RIP
PCARS RIP: Point Credit Accounting and Reporting Systems From vMPF or MilPDS
