Position Description (Duty Description) Serves as program manager to assist in an advisory capacity to the Chief of NG Diversity. Reviews proposals and makes recommendations to apply an equity, diversity and inclusive framework to the organization's policies, procedures, practices and programs. Interfaces on matters of programs and policies that attract, recruit, develop and r:etain a high quality and diverse force and institutionalizes diversity throughout the NG. Ensures diversity initiatives are integrated into strategy, structure, workforce development and marketing to achieve the highest mission readiness. This includes the planning and policy development, leadership development and training within National Guard programs. Monitors and evaluates diversity, workforce development and workforce management within the ANG to ensure an organizational culture that values diversity as a personnel readiness, combat multiplier. Maintains liaison with functions internal and external to the ANG, military and civilian, to ensure these programs receive the focus at the national and state-levels that is required for success or transformational change. Serves as action officer for Military Leadership Diversity Commission. Serves on DoD Diversity Working Group (DDWG), Department of the Air Force Diversity and Inclusion Action Group (DIAG), NGB Joint Diversity Executive Committee (JDEC) and the Air National Guard Diversity Committee (ANGDC). Conducts courses, special studies or analyses as directed. Performs such other duties, not inconsistent with the above, as directed. Attends meetings for Chief of NG Diversity when not available.

AF Form 422 -Notice of AF Members Qualification Status: With no restrictions and validated within 60 days prior to tour start date. Form must indicate member does not have a deployment restriction (Code 31) or is undergoing an MEB (Code 37). Working copy will not be accepted. Upon final selection, you may need to provide an updated AF422.
vMPF RIP: Must include all pages. Ensure your Total Active Federal Military Service (TAFMS) is listed on your RIP
PCARS RIP: Point Credit Accounting and Reporting Systems From vMPF or MilPDS
Sanctuary Waiver: If TAFMS is 16 years or greater; must submit a Statement of Understanding Waiver of AD Sanctuary.
1095 Day Analysis: Letter with analysis of how many days performed during the last 1,460 days.
TAG/Wing (CC) Acknowledgment: TAG and Wing Acknowledgment required
Officers: Last 3 OPRs IAW MPFM 07-45 dated 11 Jul 07, para 17b "OPRs on AFRC and ANG Officers are due to the CSS no later than 30 days after close-out and to HQ ARPC no later than 60 days after close-out."
