Duties and Qualifications: Coordinate training efforts with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), coordinate policy with USSOCOM and the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) for CTF policy, assist in the management of the National Guard CTF Program, coordinate and supervise CTF training, manage CTF Instructors, and integrate National Guard CTF efforts with the private sector and other US Government (USG) agencies as appropriate. This position will require frequent travel. Knowledge of the budget and programming process is mandatory. Experience developing program budgets, plans, and extensive coordination within the National Guard Bureau (NGB) Staff, divisions and outside agencies is highly desired. Must be able to demonstrate working knowledge of current DOD CTF policies. Must be familiar with DOD, and other USG Agencies CTF authorities. Must possess proven analytical, writing, and oral presentation skills. Must have proven leadership and management skills; evident by management of personnel and/or programs experience. Minimum of 3 years' experience as a National Guard Counterdrug Analyst supporting money laundering cases from start to finish. Examples of experience should be outlined in letter of recommendation from law enforcement supervisor submitted with application package.
