Counterdrug Compliance Assurance NCO
Title 10 ADOS (Counterdrug Program Support)
Date Closed: 30 NOV 2016 (packages must arrive on time and contain all required documents.
Location: Arlington, Virginia 22204
Clearance: Secret (active)
Duration of Assignment: Two (2) years minimum
Duties and Qualifications:
Serve as the compliance assurance NCO. Selectee will perform the following duties: Perform duties in direct relation to CD compliance assurance activities. Assess program compliance. Conduct trend analysis and reporting. Assist with compliance checklist and supporting documentation development. Collaborate with NG-J32 staff as required. Serve as the primary partner with the NG-J32 FTSMCS Administrator to submit and track system of record changes required for CAP. Research other IT capabilities as needed to improve communication and document storage as it relates to program compliance and virtual reporting. Maintains compliance documentation and prepares reports. Plans and oversees the CAP travel budget. Coordinates travel plans. Serve as a compliance assurance advisor to the NG-J32 branch chiefs, program managers and staff. Classroom instructor for CAP training and other NG-J32 courses as needed. Train other personnel in compliance assurance. Other duties as assigned.
Must display a high level of emotional intelligence when interacting with others in a wide variety of often stressful situations. Must possess proven analytical, written, and oral presentation skills. Must have extensive knowledge of FTSMCS. Must have proven leadership and management skills: evident by management of personnel and/or programs experience. Must have knowledge and experience in internal controls and compliance assurance as it relates to CD program management.
-Must be a current member of the Air National Guard
- Must be able to complete a two (2) year tour from the start date
- Minimum three (3) years, State or National level, cumulative Counterdrug experience required
