U.S. Air Force National Guardsman Senior Airman Katelynn McFall, 171st Air Refueling Wing, Pennsylvania, and Reserve Citizen Airman Technical Sgt. Kevin Hyde, 514th Aeromedical Staging Squadron, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey, simulate providing care under fire on an “injured comrade” during the mass casualty incident exercise of the Tactical Combat Casualty Care course at the Medical Simulation and Training Center at JB MDL, N.J., October 31, 2021. True to the concept of Air Force Total Force Integration, reserve, guard, and active duty squadrons came together to participate in this potentially life-saving course.
